Specially dedicated to Dennis "Mixman" Bedeau of BLAKAMIX studio, who passed away on December 19, 2025.
He was a discreet and reserved figure, but a major pillar of the roots and culture/sound system scene.
Sound engineer (mixing & mastering), singer (under various aliases Dennis B, etc.), producer (Blakamix label since 1986), publisher (Dub Venture label), online record store blakamixshop.co.uk, radio host (blakamix@In2beats 2011 to 2025 - show available on Talawa.fr). Organizer of the Dub School evenings in Bedford.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the blakamix posse and crew, his family, Mali blakamix, Special A…
